Morton’s Gourmet Market recently hired Michelle Wolforth as its new executive catering chef. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, with a bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Wolforth will oversee the company’s catering department, which includes custom event planning. Originally from Boston, Wolforth joined the Morton’s team last October. Her work history includes a stint as a banquet chef at the New England Patriots' Gillette Stadium, where she prepared food for luxury box suites and up to 15,000 guests.
